OSG provides systems-engineering to integrate Warfighter technologies to offset capabilities and integrate the right technologies into systems of systems. Our members have firsthand experience connecting research, development, and a systems engineering process within the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) with Program Executive Officer (PEO) program managers.

Our Systems Engineers provide the following services:

  • Plan and conduct research and analysis to examine alternatives using trade-off analysis

  • Design analyses to meet the metrics laid out in the approved research strategy and plan

  • Develop research-related documents to communicate research plans, findings, and recommendations to our customers

  • Provide strategic level Integration across the Services

  • Policy Development Support

  • Develop issue papers, white papers, decision papers, cost-benefit analyses, trade-off analyses, and other documents and presentations to communicate issues, findings, and recommendations to our customers

 

Research and Development

 

OSG personnel has led Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP); supported the CCDC labs, requirements community, and cross-functional teams; and now work in Industry. These defense enterprise experiences enable the OSG to best inform, connect, and build partnership capacity for the Warfighter.

Acquisition and Program Management Support

 

OSG’s members have managed programs supporting our Nation’s highest priorities within classified and accelerated acquisition environments, involving multiple appropriations and external funding from the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Military Services, and other select Government agencies. Our focus is on balancing the many factors that influence an acquisition program’s cost, schedule, and performance. We provide acquisition assessment, oversight, documentation, and assistance support throughout all phases of the acquisition cycle, including:

Operations, Logistics, Facilities, and Environmental Support

 

OSG members have led Chief of Staff, Army-directed programs and executed the US Army’s campaign plan with installations and units, to ensure over 207,000 deploying Soldiers receive individual and organization equipment in complex logistical environments. Our members have led and managed the Chief of Staff, Army number one priority, Long Range Precision Fires. Our logisticians possess the requisite experience and knowledge to help customers influence the right operations, logistics, facility, and environmental outcomes in the following areas:

Education, Training, and Exercise Support

 

OSG is a service provider of highly relevant, authentic, and customized operational education, training, and exercise support. We deliver full-spectrum education and training services, including consulting, new equipment training, train-the-trainer efforts, curriculum and Program of Instruction (POI) development, teacher technique improvement, and leader or staff training.

OSG provides scalable, comprehensive operational training support by employing individuals and small, agile, multi-functional teams with a variety of skill sets to meet our customers’ most challenging needs. We deliver support to unit field training exercises, full mission profile packages, or emergency deployment readiness exercises with vetted, relevant, language proficient and culturally matched expertise across a variety of focused services. OSG provides training and exercise support, complete with detailed planning, coordination, and liaison support. We provide scripting and concept development expertise, white cell support, facility coordination, exercise evaluation, comprehensive/focused After-Action feedback, and training aid or product support.   • Provide outreach and liaison support to Veterans and other members of the public and private sectors concerning Veteran issues

  • Coaching and training Veterans to help them understand the benefits and programs available to them. We help them identify employment, welfare, and health programs to enrich their lives

  • Assist American employers to hire and retain Veterans

  • Provide classes, both in our offices and through Mobile Training Teams (MTT). Our MTTs reach out to Veterans and potential employers in the local communities, offices, and potentially in their homes. We provide group and/or one-on-one support wherever the Veteran or employer may be
